In this way, the gate reciprocates up and down between the guide posts to complete the opening and closing of the valve.

Closing and opening: When turning the handwheel forward, the large and small valve stems simultaneously drive the upper and lower groove plates to compress the tube sleeve to close, and vice versa, to open.

Working process: The gate reciprocates up and down between the guide columns to complete the opening and closing of the valve. It is composed of an electric actuator and a hose valve, which has the characteristics of being worn and corrosion resistant. The electric hose valve adopts AC 220v power supply and adopts a unified standard electric signal 4-20 to switch the valve. It can realize automatic control of process flow, pressure, liquid level and other parameters. It is an ideal component of an automatic adjustment system in the production process.

Installation method: Insert the ground plastic tube under the electric contact slot into the rubber tube at one end of the small valve, and insert the matching plastic tube at the other end. The outlet extends to the electric contact slot, and the two ends are tied tightly with copper wire or stainless steel hoops.

Basic maintenance: long-term use, if there is wear or leakage, just open the left and right valve bodies to replace the pipe sleeves, and the valves can be used for a long time.
